The issue: Since Facebook has a limited targeting option for the "Employment" category, we need to find a way to generate quality leads for a low price. My Marketing Strategy. Facebook doesn't allow to use audience in the "Employment" category to create Lookalikes or for Retargeting purposes. The only option is to use Interest groups while splitting campaigns between different areas, different genders, and different ages and using a Landing Page instead of a Lead Generation Form. The solution: Conversion campaign objective. Collect 4 fields of data to the landing page: Name, Phone, Email, City
